- I understand that StayHomeMillionairesClub.com is owned and operated by SHMC GLOBAL GROUP LLP Singapore.
- I will become a StayHomeMillionairesClub.com member upon acceptance of this agreement by StayHomeMillionairesClub.com. StayHomeMillionairesClub.com agrees to keep your personal information and privacy strictly confidential and will never share or sell your information in any way to a third party without your prior consent. I may write in to StayHomeMillionairesClub.com to withdraw consent to have my personal information disclosed in any way.
- StayHomeMillionairesClub.com reserves the right to accept or reject any application form for any reason at its discretion including applications that contain incomplete, inaccurate, false or misleading information. Any alteration or modifications will be subject to verification.
- I confirm the accuracy of all information provided in the application and undertake to update the StayHomeMillionairesClub.com immediately upon occurrence of any changes to my particulars, including but not limited to the home / mailing address, email, and telephone numbers, and the StayHomeMillionairesClub.com shall not bear any responsibility for any financial loss to me resulting as a result of any failure to perform this undertaking.
- StayHomeMillionairesClub.com offers goods & services of satisfactory quality as defined in the Sales of Goods Act S 14 (2). I understand that the membership subscription packages costs US$29.95 to subscribe for 1 month and additional US$29.95 for subsequent monthly extensions and there may be additional transaction fees incurred during online payment which is stated clearly during the payment process. This price may vary accordingly for package discounts or promotions.
- I understand that the StayHomeMillionairesClub.com offers a 100%, 7-day money back guarantee on every training package purchased and a 60 days partial refund guarantee subject to administration costs and loss of commissions paid out by StayHomeMillionairesClub.com over this period of time. All refund requests must be made via email to admin.support@stayhomemillionairesclub.com or phone call. Upon refund for any purchases, the account will be permanently suspended by StayHomeMillionairesClub.com.
- I understand and agree that I am given the choice to join StayHomeMillionairesClub.com as a member hereby classified as "Retail Customer" or "Distributor". (Explained in "Marketing Plan" in appendix 1). As a "Retail Customer", I choose not to be a part of the Marketing Plan and will not gain any benefits from referring Retail Customers or Distributors to StayHomeMillionairesClub.com. As a "Distributor", I understand and agree that I have the right to promote StayHomeMillionairesClub.com and refer "Retail Customers" and "Distributors" to StayHomeMillionairesClub.com and can stand to earn commissions according to the qualifications and rules explained in the Marketing Plan.
- Distributors have the right to request in writing with signature to transfer their account and any commissions earned by the account to anyone that they nominate for the transfer. In the event of death of the Distributor, the account can be transferred to the immediate next of kin according to the beneficiary specified to StayHomeMillionairesClub.com, in the deceased will or signed documentary proof provided by the distributor. If no beneficiary is declared to StayHomeMillionairesClub.com, StayHomeMillionairesClub.com holds the right to take over the account.
- I understand and agree that my compensation is established by the StayHomeMillionairesClub.com Marketing Plan and will consist solely of commissions earned from referring "Retail Customers" and from "Retail Customers" sales generated by "Distributors" referred by me according to the Marketing Plan.
- If I wish to terminate this Agreement, I will deliver to StayHomeMillionairesClub.com written notification of my intent to terminate either by email or postal mail. My voluntary termination will be effective as of the dates such notice received and acknowledged by StayHomeMillionairesClub.com management in the form of email reply or postal mail reply.
- The Agreement shall continue in force until otherwise terminated by Notice in writing by either party to the other.
- As a StayHomeMillionairesClub.com "Distributor", I am an independent business owner and not an employee, partner, agent, franchisee or legal representative of StayHomeMillionairesClub.com. I agree that I am solely responsible for my compliance with any and all laws and regulations related to my business in any jurisdiction exercising authority over me, including but not limited to the duty to license my business and pay self-employment income taxes and to comply with all other regulations. I will obey any and all Federal or local laws, statutes and regulations applicable to my business and me.
- The rights to me under this Agreement are personal. I cannot be conveyed, assigned, pledged or otherwise made the subject of any transaction without the prior written consent of the StayHomeMillionairesClub.com.
- I agree not to use proprietary trade names, trademarks or other property of StayHomeMillionairesClub.com without prior written consent from StayHomeMillionairesClub.com.
- In the event that I make payment by credit card or banking debit card, my digital signature on the Agreement hereby constitutes the irrevocable authorization to process any order placed under those accounts and to use this as the 'signature on file'.
- Each of the terms of the Agreement is independent and severable. In the event of any inconsistency, invalidity or unenforceability of any term in the Agreement that term shall be deemed deleted and shall not substantially nullify the underlying intent of the Agreement nor affect the validity or enforceability of the other remaining terms that shall remain in full force and effect.
- StayHomeMillionairesClub.com reserves the rights to amend the Terms of Agreement without any prior notice, explanation or whatsoever.
- In case of any ambiguity, the interpretation shall be based on the English version and the interpretation made by the StayHomeMillionairesClub.com shall be final and binding.
- I agree to hold StayHomeMillionairesClub.com and it's management company Dennis Bay Internet Services LLP, its holding company, subsidiaries, affiliates,
officers, directors and employees harmless from any claim or demand made or incurred by any form of disputes incurred due to my personal actions or legal actions brought against me or my company.
- StayHomeMillionairesClub.com and its management shall not be liable for any cost or otherwise, for any delay and/or failure in the execution of their respective obligations hereunder if such cost, delay or
failure is due to Force Majeure, which for the purposes of this Agreement shall mean any unforeseeable event or cause not within the control of the party
affected which that party is unable to prevent, avoid or remove.
The events falling within Force Majeure include but are not limited to:-
(a) war (whether declared or not), hostilities, invasion, armed conflict act of foreign enemy, riot, insurrection, strike, revolution or usurped power; and
(b) acts of terrorism, sabotage or criminal damage; and
(c) nuclear explosion, radioactive or chemical contamination or ionising radiation; and
(d) natural catastrophes including but not limited to earthquakes, floods and exceptionally inclement weather and subterranean spontaneous combustion; and
(e) pressure waves caused by aircraft or other aerial devices travelling at sonic or supersonic speeds.
Provided that an event of Force Majeure shall not include economic downturn, non-availability or insufficient funds, or lack of financing on the part of the
affected party to carry out its obligations under this Agreement.
If StayHomeMillionairesClub.com and its management is prevented or delayed in the performance of any obligation under this Agreement by events of Force Majeure, StayHomeMillionairesClub.com and its management shall give notice via email or written notice thereof to the members within seven (7) days of the happening of such event, specifying the details constituting Force Majeure and the anticipated
period during which such prevention, interruption or delay may continue.
- I hereby abide and agree of the aforesaid contained in this application and StayHomeMillionairesClub.com reserves the right at any time to amend, alter, add or delete any StayHomeMillionairesClub.com Rules and Regulations herein as deemed fit and necessary by StayHomeMillionairesClub.com without prior notice.
Appendix 1 (Marketing Plan)

1) You may join StayHomeMillionairesClub.com as a "Retail Customer" or a "Distributor" for US$29.95 per month in return for access to our online training resources. This price may vary accordingly for discounts and promotions decided by StayHomeMillionairesClub.com.
2) A "Retail Customer" will not be able to participate in our Marketing Plan in any way, cannot and will not gain any benefits whatsoever by referring other Retail Customers to StayHomeMillionairesClub.com and will only have access to our monthly updated online training resources in the member's website so long as the monthly subscription fee is paid.
3) A "Distributor" will be able to participate in our Marketing Plan and earn commissions by referring Retail Customers who purchase StayHomeMillionairesClub.com training packages. Distributors can also refer other Distributors to StayHomeMillionairesClub.com but will only earn commissions based on the sales generated by these Distributors when they refer other Retail Customers to our club.
4) All Retail Customers or Distributors who purchase our packages will enjoy an unconditional 7 days 100% money back guarantee. Within 60 days of purchase, all retail customers or distributors may also request a refund, however it is subjected to deduction of operating and administrative costs incurred during this period of time.
Distributors can earn commissions in these ways:
- Fast Start Bonus US$20 or more – You get paid a one-time fast start bonus of US$10 or more on all initial 1st month orders for all personally referred retail customers and US$20 or more for personally referred distributors.
- Direct Referral Bonus US$10 or more – You get paid a direct referral bonus of US$10 per month for all personally referred distributors or retail customers who renew their subscription every month. This bonus is calculated starting from the 2nd month's subcription onwards.
- 3 x 9 levels Matrix Bonus with compression at US$1 per level or more (total US$29,523 payout for a full matrix) – You get paid US$1 up to 9 levels in your 3x9 levels downline matrix on each active distributor. All inactive distributors will be compressed upward to find the next commissionable account.
Rules of Qualification as an "Active" Distributor to remain eligible to earn commissions:
*To qualify for these commissions above, you must be an active distributor with an active subscription during that commission month to be paid commissions for that month.
*All commissions must be withdrawn from ewallets and paid accordingly to our ewallet withdrawal schedule.

- STAYHOMEMILLIONAIRESCLUB.COM Distributors will make all efforts to assist and guide customers with any queries involving our company, products and services, terms and conditions and relevant policies or procedures.
